📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify vendor invoices using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure timely payments
- Manage the company vehicle, including maintenance scheduling and fuel management
- Support office logistics, including delivery coordination and office supply procurement
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports for the management team
- Participate in office administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related finance roles
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with vehicle maintenance and logistics preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
