📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals and employee development needs.,Identify training and development needs through data analysis and employee feedback.,Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions.,Stay updated with the latest learning and development trends and best practices to continuously improve our programs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Support the implementation of e-learning platforms and digital learning solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
