IT Support Technician (Daily Operations)

BREIG Property Investment is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Technician to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily technical operations, ensuring that our infrastructure runs smoothly to support our growing property investment business. You'll be working with tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and QuickBooks, and you'll need to be comfortable with both hardware and software troubleshooting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-level IT support to employees, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing productivity
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Manage and maintain IT assets, including inventory, licensing, and software updates
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use IT systems and tools
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our systems
• Work collaboratively with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of our infrastructure

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Salesforce and QuickBooks is a plus
• Familiarity with network protocols and security best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
