Den Sky Group is looking for a talented and experienced HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for helping employees thrive. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Handle HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
