📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Commis Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.,Stock and manage inventory of food ingredients and supplies.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Participate in shift rotations and be available for overtime when necessary.,Assist in special events and catering services as required.,Maintain accurate records of food usage and waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as an Assistant Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and standards.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Valid food handling certificate.
