In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS),Assist in the onboarding process for new hires,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process,Support the Talent Acquisition team in any other ad-hoc tasks as required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook,Familiarity with ATS software is a plus,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
