RADIUS Nusantara is looking for a skilled and passionate Deputy Chef to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. As a Deputy Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes. You will work closely with the Head Chef to plan, prepare, and execute menus, as well as train and mentor our junior staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing daily menus.,Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.,Ensure food quality, safety, and hygiene standards are met.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Participate in cost control and budgeting processes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Chef or Deputy Chef in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid food handler's certificate.,Experience in managing a team is a plus.
