📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the coordination and management of the company's vehicle fleet.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Monitor and maintain fleet performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with drivers and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.
  • Provide support in the preparation of reports and documentation.
  • Participate in fleet safety initiatives and training programs.
  • Assist in the resolution of fleet-related issues and conflicts.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for fleet management.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
