📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor site safety and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address any issues.,Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation as required.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site personnel.,Ensure all site activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or similar roles.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
