As the Head of Ancillary & Medical Affairs, you will oversee the coordination of various medical services and support functions to ensure seamless operations across our hospitals. You will work closely with medical directors, department heads, and other key stakeholders to implement best practices and innovative solutions that enhance patient outcomes and hospital efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the coordination of ancillary services including diagnostic imaging, laboratory services, pharmacy, and medical supplies to ensure optimal performance and patient satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a team of medical affairs professionals to drive strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with medical directors and department heads to develop and implement policies and procedures that adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Foster strong relationships with external partners, including vendors, suppliers, and healthcare providers, to ensure the availability of high-quality medical services and equipment.
• Represent the hospital in professional organizations and committees to stay abreast of industry developments and advocate for the best interests of the hospital.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards, including ISO, Joint Commission International (JCI), and local healthcare regulations.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the medical affairs team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in medical affairs, healthcare management, or a similar role, with a proven track record of success in a leadership position.
• Certification in healthcare management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
