📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and support to achieve sales targets.,Implement and monitor marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve company goals and objectives.,Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior.
