📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of tax professionals to ensure accurate and timely tax filings and compliance.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability.,Provide tax advice and guidance to other departments to ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure the company's compliance.,Prepare and present tax reports to management and external stakeholders.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of tax records and documentation.,Develop and maintain relationships with external tax advisors and consultants.,Train and mentor junior tax professionals to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience with tax software and systems is a plus.
