📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels.,Screen and evaluate candidate applications and resumes.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.,Maintain a positive employer brand and represent the company at recruitment events.,Provide feedback to candidates and follow up on applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record in hiring and onboarding employees.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
