In this role, you will be responsible for managing the distribution process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.,Oversee the logistics and transportation of goods, including coordinating with carriers and monitoring delivery schedules.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and distribution activities, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to address any issues or concerns related to distribution.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics, such as delivery times, accuracy, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that distribution activities align with business goals and customer needs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in distribution and logistics management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of distribution strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a distribution or logistics-related role.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with distribution management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address issues related to distribution and logistics.
