📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis to determine the skills and qualifications required for various positions within the company.,Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with hiring managers and providing updates on candidate progress.,Maintaining a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure we are attracting the best candidates.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Providing feedback and guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process and candidate performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and mining industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
