📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to promote our insurance products and services.,Support the sales team by providing market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.,Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.,Manage and maintain our sales and marketing databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales and marketing events, such as trade shows and seminars.,Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and coordination of client meetings.,Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the insurance sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the insurance industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of the insurance industry and its regulations is a plus.,A proactive and detail-oriented attitude, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
