Develop and implement communications strategies that align with NUHS's mission, vision, and values.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, government agencies, and community organizations.,Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Communications & Strategic Engagement team.,Create and distribute high-quality content for various channels, including social media, website, and publications.,Organize and lead strategic engagement initiatives that foster collaboration and innovation within the health sector.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communications and engagement efforts, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Represent NUHS at industry conferences, events, and meetings, and speak on behalf of the organization.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in communications and strategic engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in communications, public relations, or strategic engagement, with a focus on the health sector.,Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communications strategies.,Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proficiency in using communications and engagement tools, including social media platforms, CRM systems, and content management systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
