📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to new employees.,Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and other Microsoft technologies is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices is a plus.
