📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the shipping process, from order placement to delivery.
  • Work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure that our services meet their needs and expectations.
  • Monitor and optimize shipping routes and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipping activities and performance metrics.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our shipping and logistics services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping and logistics management.
  • Strong knowledge of shipping and logistics software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
  • Proven track record of successful shipping and logistics projects.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
