Tanggung Jawab:
Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, bread, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.Ensure that all baked items are fresh, properly portioned, and presented to the highest standards.Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bakery area, including cleaning equipment and utensils.Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that baked goods are available for service in a timely manner.Stay up-to-date with new baking techniques and trends to continuously improve the quality of our products.Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.Participate in inventory management and cost control to ensure efficient use of ingredients and materials.Assist in training and mentoring new staff members as needed.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker or similar role in the food service industry.Strong knowledge of Italian baking techniques and traditional recipes.Ability to work well in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented and able to follow recipes and quality standards precisely.Familiarity with bakery equipment and tools.Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.Valid food handling certificate and good hygiene practices.🛠️ Keahlian
