📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the job requirements.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring manager.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to attract the right candidates.,Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

🛠️ Keahlian

Recruitment software proficiency (e.g.JobviteGreenhouseLever).Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
