📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve production targets.,Ensure the quality and consistency of bakery products.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of resources.,Oversee daily operations and implement improvement initiatives.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills.,Maintain a safe and clean work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Report to management on team performance and operational issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong knowledge of bakery operations and quality standards.,Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
