You'll work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure that our documentation is up-to-date and meets the needs of our users.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create user guides, manuals, and other materials that support our customers.
  • Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Provide training and support to customers and internal teams as needed.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as required.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our documentation processes and tools.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of software development, hardware, or other technical topics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira, is a plus.
