In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are maintained.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage orders and shipments.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Experience with lean management principles is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
