📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
  • Ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded and up-to-date.
  • Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as needed.
  • Work with other departments to ensure that goods are delivered on time and in the correct quantities.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure that all warehouse activities are compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
