Depot Fitri Health Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, warehouse logistics, and team leadership. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy in our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inventory control processes, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor warehouse space utilization and implement strategies to optimize storage and reduce waste.,Maintain accurate records and reports of warehouse activities and inventory levels.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations and inventory control.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software and inventory control systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
