📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and POS system usage.
• Assist in planning and executing special events, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain food quality and presentation standards.
• Monitor venue cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Assist in training and developing new staff members.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to venue improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using POS systems such as Toast or Square.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with food and beverage service standards.
• Valid food handler's permit.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
