- Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Negotiate and close sales transactions effectively.
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills.
- Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot to track customer interactions and sales performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in a high-volume dealership environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of automotive products, including Great Wall vehicles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
