📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement production schedules using SAP and AgriPlan software.
- Coordinate with farmers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Provide training and support to the production team to enhance their skills and productivity.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in agricultural production management or a similar role.
- Certification in SAP or AgriPlan software is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural industry standards and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
