BPOM Regulatory Officer - Cosmetic Import Registration Specialist

PT Universal Konsultan Indonesia is looking for a dedicated BPOM Regulatory Officer to join our team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of cosmetic import registrations with Indonesia’s Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM). As a BPOM Regulatory Officer, you will be working closely with our clients to ensure that all cosmetic import registrations meet the stringent requirements set by BPOM. You will be using industry-standard software such as Sistem Informasi Pelaporan dan Pengawasan Impor (SIPP) and Sistem Informasi Pelaporan dan Pengawasan Ekspor (SIPPE) to manage and track the registration process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure compliance of cosmetic import registrations with BPOM regulations.
• Manage and track the registration process using SIPP and SIPPE software.
• Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
• Prepare and submit reports to BPOM and clients.
• Stay updated with the latest regulations and industry standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of regulatory strategies.
• Provide training and support to staff on regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, particularly in the cosmetic industry.
• Certification in Good Distribution Practice (GDP) or Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of BPOM regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and compliance.
