📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and document business requirements
• Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Manage project timelines and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that solutions meet the highest standards of quality and functionality
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement and innovation
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including business cases, project charters, and user stories
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the agreed-upon quality standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Project Coordinator
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
