📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist therapists in providing acupuncture, massage, and herbal treatments.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
• Manage patient records and schedules using our clinic management software.
• Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance claims, and patient communications.
• Support marketing efforts by promoting our clinic services and events.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare or wellness setting.
• Familiarity with holistic healthcare practices, including acupuncture, massage, and herbal remedies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Certification in first aid and CPR is a plus.
