📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees

• Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning activities
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Development or a similar role
• Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Certification in HR Development or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
