📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle daily cash transactions and ensure accurate recording of all financial activities.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a regular basis.
• Prepare and submit financial reports to management and external auditors.
• Verify and process invoices, payments, and receipts to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial transactions and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
