As the Executive Programs Director, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our executive programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and relevance. Your daily tasks will include program planning, curriculum development, instructor training, and stakeholder engagement, all aimed at delivering exceptional executive education.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement innovative executive programs that align with industry trends and organizational goals.
• Develop and deliver high-quality curriculum materials, including case studies, simulations, and interactive learning modules.
• Conduct needs assessments and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in executive education.
• Collaborate with instructors and subject matter experts to ensure program content is current, relevant, and impactful.
• Manage the end-to-end program development process, from concept to execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, industry leaders, and government agencies.
• Monitor program effectiveness and gather feedback to continuously improve and enhance the learning experience.
• Stay abreast of best practices in executive education and leadership development, incorporating new insights into program design and delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in executive education, program development, or leadership training.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering successful executive programs.
• Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems such as Moodle or Blackboard.
• Certification in executive coaching or leadership development is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
