📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure timely payments
• Manage the company vehicle, including maintenance scheduling and fuel management
• Support office logistics, including delivery coordination and office supply procurement
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports for the management team
• Participate in office administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related finance roles
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience with vehicle maintenance and logistics preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
