📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install and configure GPS devices on vehicles, ensuring optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with GPS equipment.
• Provide technical support to clients, assisting them in maximizing the benefits of our GPS solutions.
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates on GPS devices.
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth implementation of GPS solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in GPS technology and vehicle tracking systems.
• Proficient in using GPS software such as Garmin GPS and TomTom Telematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites.
